India Speed post links over 1200 towns in India, there are 290 Speed Post Centers in the national network and around 1000 Speed Post Centers in state network. The speed is very fast (similar to express service), you can track your speed post online at any time. 

India Post Registered Mail

Registered Mail is usually begins with letter R, after the article is shipped, a tracking ID will be provided, if the article doesn't delivered, you can ask for refund.

India Post Normal Mail

Normal Mail is different from Registered Mail, they don't provide any tracking number or tracking ID, so after you attach stamps and drop it. You have no proof that you send a package, and it is impossible to track it online. 

Tips: If you need to send package to India, please use Speed Post or Registered Mail, DO NOT use normal mail, because you can't track them online.
